Had my WW weigh in today and have lost a total of 2.8 lbs. since joining. I have decided to change my weigh in days on FS to Thursdays. That way I only have 1 weigh in day a week and won't be stressing out about two weigh in's. I treated myself to a manicure today for my weight loss, going to start doing that as my reward for weight loss.

What I'm struggling with right now is how to cook the things my family loves to eat but do it in a healthier way. My husband is Mexican and the way he grew up eating is way too fattening for me. So how do I still make him and the kids their favorites but without so much fat. Or my second plan will be making two different meals. One for them and one for me but that seems crazy.

I don't know what I did during my work out yesterday but my tailbone is killing me today, hurts to sit and if I walk to much it hurts as well. So I'm trying to figure out how to reconfigure out my workout for tonight. Guess it's going to be toning my arms tonight.
