Meh...
Little bummed because I didn't get to 5k train this morning because I was up last night puking. Whee. Hopefully I'll get it in after work, but with my commute, who am I kidding. If not, there's tomorrow. :)

5k Training: Week 5 - Day 1 - 32min total, 16min running, 1.4 miles
Didn't run as far as I wanted, but it's still something. I need to pick up the pace if I want to complete a 5k in less than an hour. Have about 3 weeks to get there. I believe I will. :)

Double Day Saturday
5k Training: Week 4 - Day 2 - 36min total, 16min running, 1.79 miles
5k Training: Week 4 - Day 3 - 34min total, 16min running, 1.49 miles
Might have to switch back to Zombies, Run! for Part II of Double Days. The second session of 5k training kicked my butt a little. :op)
