I'm not doing very well.
The school started this week, and I've been busy trying to fix my schedule, find my classrooms, get things done.
i woke up and scream
"peanut butter!!"
and worst is i have it too, whenever i desire, whatever i desire..
something has left my system.
It just feels so pointless to diet suddenly..
I just feel like
"what the hell.. even if i dont have it now, im going to have it sometime eventually, and why not enjoy this moment!"
i know its really bad :(
not helping me at all..
ahhh..i hope i'll be ok..

125 pounds!

So thats what a week in NYC has given me..
I don't really know how to adopt to a healthy lifestyle..
it's like no matter what I do, I fail at one point and even a little failure makes me lose all my faith and fail even more!
During last week, I kept wanting to eat sweets, snacks, cheesecake, chocolate, whatever I could see.. even when I was extremely full.
It's all in the mind I know.
I don't eat because I'm hungry. I eat just because I'm used to it. (meaning all the junk food.)
I'm just afraid this is going to keep coming back and back..
I want to be healthy :(

allright..
one more pound down.
I've been doing really well. And it's crazy, cause at first I was craving all chocolate and junk food and now I don't even feel hungry!
Only bad thing is I can't seem to get to sleep now.. no clue why that is.. I always used to go to bed "full" and now I don't eat for 3 hours before the bed, and I'm literally lying wide awake in bed.. :/
In other new, I'm having a little bit of stressed.. Planning to break up with my boyfriend after this..
and there is nothing to do here in Binghamton to make me happy!
ugh. :(

Woot woot!
For the first time this is actually working for me!
But then again this past week I've been jogging every day so most of what I lost is water weight.
No matter what, I am.
After a long night last night I woke up with a hangover. and usually my hangovers consist of an attack on water and carbs!
So I woke up thinking "noodless, nooodless! thats what I need, and peanut butter! and and..bagels!" and then I stopped. and realized "hmm I don't actually want this crap!"
Through this program I realized how I eat certain food that I don't really want just 'cause it has become a habit.
Now I go for the better option.
Well, at least I try :)

ok...
6 pounds gone.. it took me almost 2 months! thats sort of a shame..
I just can't help bingeing late at night :(
Everything goes perfect for the day..then I open the refrigrator to get a low calorie drink and face that damn cheesecake!
:(
Oh well..I guess one cheesecake isn't the end of the world..
I cant wait to be 110!!!
