Salmon and my veggies. I would have cooked brown rice but I ran out of time. My plate is also salad size not full size.

So I have decided to start weighing in only once a week (on a Friday). I just ordered a new scale because when I went to the doctors yesterday my weight was significantly different than what my scale showed. Which depresses me because mine said 203 and theirs recorded 209! Quite discouraging after all this time I thought I was losing! I am not changing my weight until I receive my new scale then I am just going to go by the numbers it shows me. I read all the reviews and they were good and stated the scale was spot on and they can step on and off several times and the weight remains the same.
