I have not been on my nutrition program since the Middle of March. My lowest weight got down to 119. I have 15 lbs to loose again. :( I have done it before, I can do it again.

So scared to weigh. April 9, over a month since I have. I had a full blown conversation with myself tonight after dinner. It went like this:
Lady in need: I wake each morning feeling energized and excited about beginning my nutrition. I go about my day busily stick strictly to my nutrition values and schedule, even exercising most days. Then around 5 pm when I began to feel hungry and thinking about my “lean and green” meal and how I’m going to need to prepare it, I start to falter. I snack while preparing the meal. I over indulge in even nutritious foods. Then it just goes down hill from there the rest of the night. I watch TV while experiencing a full on snack attack, and it is no “snacksadent” it is premeditated and precisely executed with forethought.
The guilt, and disgust is only part of the nightly feeling of “I never want to eat again” that I experience.
Nutrition Coach: Ok, let’s look at how to stop this nightly 5 pm crash. When you begin to feel hungry, drink water or tea. Prepare your lean and green with ingredients you know are allowed, and measure and weigh them knowing you are only allowed 500 calories of lean and green. Every time you want to put something in your mouth, STOP and take a drink instead.
When it is time to eat, do it slowly, enjoy each bite tasting and savoring the flavors, set your utensil down between bites, after swallowing take a drink. Eat your last fueling at 8 pm
If you are tempted to eat out of boredom, have a drink near you, do something with your hands or leave the area of temptation. You fast for religious purposes 24 hours once a month, certainly you can handle no food after 8 pm until morning, right?
You must weigh at least once a week to keep in check, you must measure your lean and green to stay honest, and you must drink so you don't give into hunger pangs.
You can do it!

I have not weighed on two weeks and of course I was thrilled then to be 1 pound under my goal. Since then, I have not exercised consistently, or been as vigilant on my nutrition, and it showed today on the scale. I gained 4 pounds in two weeks.
I am determined NOT to let this happen again.
Like so many in quarantine, I am under a lot of stress working from home and limed on funds to buy my usual nutritional supplements. I have been working extra hours sewing for medical people on the front lines and not taking time to exercise and eat well. My deadline to get these surgical caps and masks done is tonight, so I am pretty determined to start a new day of personal goals.
On the nutritional front I did sprout some wonderful greens :D .
