was on high deficit for the last month (fitness marathon), with an average of 1550 cal during 4 weeks (1650 average for the last 2 weeks). +gym 3 times per week and 10000 steps daily (started counting steps 3 weeks ago, previously I made only ~1500 steps a day 🤪 as I work from home). I used to go to gym when I was in the high school and university , but had an eight years break when got married 😅.

as a result, I lost 4 kg, 4 cm in waist and 2 in hips. gradually switching to a healthy deficit level now (~1900 cal), even though I like the results, but health first!

It’s the first time I’m finally following the plan, getting closer to my goals, and actually enjoying the process. I eat everything I want, do not demonize any food and types of nutrients. No more diets ♥️.

I will continue going to the gym and making 10000 everyday. 👌🏻
