Note to self: one more day of mostly soft food- Cream of wheat, Greek Yogurt, protein powder, my pureed veggie drink- YAY ! - lol and then we're going to bust out with maybe another pureed vegetable. --- It looks like Coconut Oil may be off the list for me, I know, a sad, sad moment, but if it's what's making me so sick, then it's got to go. -- I need to do more research - because if it's not the oil, it's got to be one of the other 3 (carbs, fiber or protein) or WORSE - all three. ---- I was reading about Pancreatitis patients having trouble keeping weight on. After having lost 40 lbs already since the end of March, I totally get it..... I mean, I'm resorting to low-fat triscuit crackers.. just to get additional calories. ... yeah, those things have carbs, but I can knock that out with a couple of my FF's, but carbs don't seem to be an issue... and the triscuits are lower in fat and fiber AND protein, but give me the calories. So, they're on the thumbs up list right now. ....ugh SMH ... Well, whining doesn't make it better, so onward and upward.... Today will celebrate not having camped out in the bathroom for 2 1/2 days --- THAT'S A VICTORY and totally worth celebrating- lol lol --- end of NOTE TO SELF.... Oh, I bought a dress yesterday --- denim A line-ankle length and 3 belts ... First piece of clothing I've bought in 8-9 years.. Seriously. Hard to imagine it's been that long.
