Whoohoo! Still going in the right direction again. It’s been a struggle these last few months. Starting to pay off. Walked and cycled yesterday. Last night did crunches , leg lifts and flutters.
Did a big shop of healthy foods in the morning after dawning my N95 mask. First time I have actually done grocery shopping in months. Hubby always does it because of my severe asthma but he wasn’t buying the healthy food so I just wasn’t eating much.
I feel like I’ve turned the page now, so to speak. I hope I can continue.

So it’s been awhile. I was having bad asthma and allergic reactions and was put on two prescribed antihistamines in the summer. One of them caused a very elevated heart rate.after all kinds of testing in the care of a cardiologist they put me on another med to lower it. Then upped it. To four times the dose. It slowed down my heart rate made me sleepy and slowed down my metabolism. They weight went up very quickly. To 174 lbs abs I’ve never been that in my life before. Dizzy spells upon getting up and I stopped taking it. My heart rate is now normal after a month I’m finally able to work out and dance in a dance class without dizziness. The weight has started to come off again and I feel healthy and not tired anymore. The weather has been amazing for November in Ontario but it won’t last long so thinking about getting a treadmill for the snowy, Wintry months. Any recommendations of makes and pros and cons?
