Good Morning Dear Journal and friends,
Being we are nearing our first week of our challenges I thought I'd post my measurements so I can compare at the end of our weight loss journey of 3 weeks.
Bust - 37-1/2 inches
Waisteline - 41"
Hips - 43"
Rt Thigh - 24"
LT Thigh - 23-1/2"
I'm becoming a bean pole, I love it..☺

Yahoo! I'm off the 180's praying I can continue toward my goals. Need to back off from my carbs more, if Im readings my daily food chart correctly.
Increased time and speed on my treadmill 2.O to 2.6, my new time from 30 minutes to 35 minutes. Slow increase in speed and time because I have bilateral knee replacements and my left hip total replacement.
Plus I'm have heart disease with angina, and arthritis in my spine along with Dish disease etc. Bye golly, I have to keep moving and I do listen to my body aches and pains to some degree. Good night dear Journal and friends...

Oh my goodness I totally mess up my diet plan today. No matter what I'd eaten I just could not get my taste buds satisfied. Now Im feel so guilty when I was doing so well. I've been so busy I did not get to exercise on my treadmill today. this morning I did go to each neighbor on our block and took their trashcans up to their driveway by their garage door after the trashman had come and gone, along with placing their news paper to their front door also.I can count walking exercise outdoors instead of my treadmill. It was great to be outside we had such a lovely day. Dang! Actually we had a HEAT WAVE...
It suppose to turn cold again and maybe get some more snow, which I love.. Let it snow! Let it snow!

Today was a very tiring day, went grocery shopping with hubby and Prince Buddy my pomeranian..Hubby rushing me as being fussy. I'll make sure the next trip I'll diffinitly make a list, "Do we get points for mental stress," Lol Off to Wendy's for lunch.
Getting home putting items away, on my treadmill for 30 mins, watched two shows and now it's 2/pm. Hubby left for work (he works evening shift). By 4/pm I was exhausted. I went to bed and sleep 4 hours, that was a long nap. I guess my body needed rest. I normally go to bed 2/am and up around 8/am.
Cannot wait until Friday morning to weigh in for the week. I've notice most people weigh in the morning in their birthday suit. Why? At the Doctor office when we weigh of coarse we are fully dressed and have our shoes on. So should we record our morning weight or record our Doctor weight? Maybe we should go by our body measurements or size of clothing,
I guess that's maybe the person preference. Personally, I like to go by my Doctor scales.
Exercise; I'm ready to up the treadmill speed, I've increase my mintues from 20 mintues to 30. Starting Sunday I'll add new exercise to my list riding on my stationery bike. Being I have heart disease along with angina, I take slow steps and listen to my body, I may get kick down sometimes but I don't let it stop me, I always get back in the saddle and keep moving. Im going to weigh in once a week every Friday, I retain fluids so with daily weighing can be very discouraging for me. I've been looking at this keto diet that a lot of folks are on this site. it's something I may want to do for myself.
I had Gastic Sleeve Surgery on 18th of November 2016. I've lost 110 lbs but as winter approached I gain back 6 lbs due to being a couch potato and lack of exercise. I really hibernate in the winter months. Im getting back on track walking on my treadmill 30 mins daily.
