I want to know WTH is hurricane food? And why is so bad? Is it like doomsday food?
Is it like army food pre-packaged in gray folders? Is it like astronaut food in tubes?
Hell naw, My hurricane food was pre-prepped my none other than me. it was created
in my kitchen. It was frozen in individual pkts, My protein prep shakes were frozen.
My choice in my own hurricane food will be awesome. I do not depend on other
companies to provide me with crap to eat. just saying.
We make our own choices of food, study, study like your in school. An't no mama
gonna pat me on the back and say its ok honey, you can eat that and restart tomorrow.
Bull poop, I am in control of Me. I choose not to slide. End of rant. Hope all is safe during the storms.

I think you have to not only commit yourself to doing a "life" style change with your food but a Life style change in your brain. What i mean is we must decide that we move forward, to not only change the way we eat and see food in our brains and then this decision will then move towards our goal of action.
My word i will not use is "try" i example. I will try and do this.I will try and cut my fats, I will try and not eat that. "Try" is NOT an action word at all. Try means
your not really gonna do it. Now on the other side "I WILL" is a definite action word. These words get it done, these words mean business.
Once you make up your "mind" and commit then other things will fall into place.
For this almost past year I have been doing my "action" words my weight on Oct 28 ,2016 was 336 lbs the heaviest i have been, I work hard. I exercise. i drink lots of water. I watch my carb intake, calories.
yes this new plan of action is work but it took me many years of commitment to get to that weight , so my commitment must be even stronger. Any way i will sae the rest of my ranting for the next journal.
Remember never say "diet" because that word is evil. It is a life style change we all must be willing to make that strong commitment, we need to kick our our butts into action, ok i'm done.
