I did not do as well as I would have liked this week, challenge wise. However, I did better than the week before. I signed up for challenges that I knew would be tough for me. Is that not why it is called a "challenge?" Just getting back on track is a huge success for me!

I took 6+ months off from dieting and exercising and the scale shows it. Time to get back on track. No more monkey business...nuff said!
Oh how I hated to write that weight down....but I did it!

Okay, I've been on vacation for over a week. I have not eaten healthy one day. I have not stepped on the scale yet to see the damage. I know there is damage....BIG DAMAGE. I know I just have to step on that scale and get back on track. I've done it before. I will be putting on my scrubs tomorrow morning for the first time in over a week. I sure hope I can fit into them! I have not gone to the gym in about 6 weeks. I MUST get back there. I have been active but not "GYM" active. I had a medical procedure weeks ago which, luckily, came back benign but that was my "EXCUSE" for not going to the gym. In my mind, I wanted to do the things that I "liked" to do and the gym did not fit my bill. I will step on the scale today, but not right now. Baby steps.......
