I am a 48 year old working married mom of 3 boys. I was a yo-yo dieter for years and then gave up and stayed about 250 to 275 for about 10 years. On September 1st this year, I started the Atkins diet and I have stayed on Phase 1: Induction since then. I'm now 210 and my goal is 150. I walk as much as I can and I use my FitBit Force to track that. I use an elliptical as well. I would love to support and encourage others on their journey to good health.
