My goal is to be strong and healthy and to maintain a healthy relationship with food. I’m a major foodie, I love to cook and try new foods and when I travel I plan my itinerary around restaurants known for their local cuisine. For those reasons I’m using intuitive eating, after learning valuable lessons from macro counting.
I’m focused at the moment on becoming the healthiest version of myself, even if that means that I don’t necessarily meet my “goal” weight. I am working on becoming stronger and try to do 3-4 strength training sessions a week and run 2-3 times. I'm also a keen hiker and swimmer :)
