I am 39 years old and morbidly obese. I have always struggled with weight my whole life, but never this severely. I hurt my back in an accident in early 2013 and have steady gained weight ever since. My doc recently told me my blood sugar is high and my cholesterol is very high. I need to go on a diet. Right now I am concentrating on food intake. I'm trying to cut out any sugar and junk food in my diet. It has been 3 days. I know I will be able to do this.
