Hi my name is Rebecca. I'm here because it's an excellent source of support, community as well as technical support i.e keeping track of calories/nutrients/etc. I would like to drop the last bit of weight that I accumulated over the winter and during a very stressful work time. I love to exercise, but with work it became very difficult and I was ingesting too many easy/empty calories. Now that I'm on a ketogenic diet, in addition to intermittent fasting I hope to get rid of the remainder of my weight but more importantly maintain a lifestyle that will keep me healthy no matter life's circumstances.
