I have always gone on these new year diets, and here is my next one, after god knows how many decades. I lose piles of weight the first week and then even though I work at it like a horse I either put it back on or don't lose any more, according to websites, I am supposed to be about 150lbs, and that I am obese, yet I walk about 5 miles a day, eat only about 2000 calories.
