31 year old mom of two, wife of 10 years. I used to weigh almost 160 and now I'm under 120. 105 is my best weight (I'm very short) so I'm trying to get back there. I was 105 6 months ago buy a lot has happened. I'm taking back control of myself and hold myself accountable. I never thought I'd make it this low!
I am a busy person, husband works midnights, I babysit neighbor kids in addition to caring for my own 2 kids. I have multiple pets, a super busy lifestyle, and some minor health problems....who doesn't?! I need to stop excusing myself from all my healthy decisions, I worked hard to get here and there is no finish line. I made a lifestyle change four years ago. This bump is only temporary. We all fall, it's getting back up that matters.
