I began Weight Watchers on August 21, 2007. I had a baby in January 2007 and held on to about 15 extra pounds. My initial goal is to lose the 10% as WW suggests, which just happens to be pre-pregnancy weight. After that, I'll set a new goal to get within a healthy range for my height. I'm only 5'2" so my body can't really hang on to too much extra weight. I'm really excited about having WW work for me and to get back into a healthy way of living.
