I am 32 years old living in England. I am married without kids and I work full-time as a Web Developer. I come from a family of many people who are fat but I've never been really fat myself. However, I have lots of fat to lose.
I admire the freedom and the natural look of a healthy thin body. I believe it is much more natural to be thin because, for most people, fat is caused by the excess of modern life, sedentarism and easy access to food.
I have two goals: Running a 10 KM race in October and losing 9.7 kilos. I've been running 3 times a week on the threadmill since December last year. Last month, I started running outdoors and I am finding it much harder.
I am 164 cm tall and weight 63.3 kg. Running has helped me transform some of my fat into muscles. I remember I was happy when I used to weight 10 kilos less so I set up my goal to 54 kilos. However, I didn't have the muscles I have now, so it is possible that in future I reduce the quantity of kilos that I think I will need to lose. Lets see what happens...
Feel free to add me as your buddy. I can help you to keep on your track because I am confident I will stay on mine.
