so i needed to manage my weight as i was hitting my forties when physical activity started slowing down while i kept my intake the same (loads of carbs)
finished with the high demanding sports and activity level plummeted and i reached an all high of 84 kgs
after a few tries with different diets i found the ketogenic diet to work best for me
i was eating more natural foods and way less to no processed ones
i experiment a lot with keto dessert recipes
as i have a sweet tooth and i find it really easy to practice portion control and have dessert everyday :)
i lost weight on keto twice and gained everything back due to going overboard and getting back to my old ways as soon as i hit my target weight
this third run i've decided to adopt a long term keto lifestyle and not to lose the weight fast let's see how it goes this time
