edit I am a 35 year old mother of two (aged 9 and 7). I suffer from ME/CFS; therefore, exercise is off the menu - this is really hard as I used to be a runner - a total addict. I have put on a stone since stopping the running and hate that. Low carbing gave me back some control, but I really missed the fruit and wanted to be a bit more flexible, so it's back to Weight Watchers online.
