10 years ago I was almost 250 lbs and I have over the years been able to lose almost 80 lbs. Till August of 2018 when I moved from California to Texas I have since gained almost 20 lbs. This last year 2019 I would lose 5-7 lbs and put them back on. I'm tired of the yo yo and I am ready to get these 20 lbs off. My struggle is nutrition I don't know if I am eating enough or too much and if maybe some of the foods I eat are causing an allergy to my body. I crave sweets all the time!!! I love to exercise at home. I have built my own home gym and love it. I need help from everyone please!
