I've always been a bigger girl. Both of my parents are plus-sized and we often had unhealthy foods to eat. As I got older, I began to eat to deal with stress and boredom until it got out of hand. Later, I was diagnosed with PCOS, which makes weight loss ridiculously hard and weight gain super easy. I've flip-flopped so many diets over the years, but im really tired of complaining about wanting to lose weight, not following through, and then feeling sorry for myself. I wanna actually have the willpower to make a change. So, here we go, with a healthy and determined headspace, ready for change. For now, I am working on portion control and exercises. If I completely cut out the foods I love, I'll break down and binge. Diets cause me alot of stress, so I'm going to allow myself to have some unhealthy foods I love, in moderation, and focus on the quantity of what I eat.
