HI FS friends. I am 14 and I want to lose weight. I want to be more like my friend's weight. I'm not obese but when I first checked my BMI it said I really should lose weight before I become obese. I want to not see that I have a small belly, I don't want to keep looking at my thighs think how fat they are. I want to feel good about myself. I want to have a tad bit more energy. Although I'm just 10 lbs overweight I still feel I should lose it. I want my BMI to be 21-23, not 24.5. Just step by step Evelyn, step by step. :)
