I am coming up on almost 2 months doing the SBD and feeling wonderful. I am 49 - soon to be the Big 50 on 4/28. I was always a skinny young woman until I had my 4 children and worked at sit down jobs which is now more than half my life ago. My goal is to lose 25 lbs this year. The SBD is certainly helping me along in a fantastic way!
