I'm 47 with 55 pounds to lose to feel healthy again. I like to walk, but know I need to do more. With my 2 boys grown and gone, its only my husband and I at home. You'd think I would find time for myself, but its just too easy to think "retired" when you lost the daily care and attention to kids. I have lost 55 pounds before...10 years ago when it was easier! Its true...the older you get, the harder it is.
