28 year old mother of four. I was fat in high school and lost half my body weight through unhealthy means. After having four babies I am as heavy as I was before. I'd like to lose the weight in a healthy manner this time and keep it off.

I am currently in nursing school which makes it difficult to work out but I am going to keep at it...I'll just bring my books with me to the gym and read on the treadmill.
