I'm Clare, I'm a 43 year old mum of 2.

I've been reasonably slim most of my adult life (between 133 and 140lbs), but last year I noticed my weight was creeping up and decided to try to do something about it before it got out of hand. I went up to 152, but with sensible eating and exercise I've got back to 141. I've been on Fatsecret for a while but privately, but now I would like to get to my ideal weight (or close to it) of 126 so I'm hoping being part of this group will motivate me to eat well, to lose the last bit of weight, and then keep it off!
