Last August (2010) I weighed 247lbs. Found out my cholesterol was through the roof at almost 300=( That combined with 2 bouts of gestational diabetes scared me=( Talked to my OB and she prescribed Phentermine. Started that plus diet and working out 4-5 days a week for almost an hour using my Kick Butt DVD. As of March 6th I'm down 70lbs! Almost to goal. I'm 5 ft 9.5 inches so I should weigh around 160? Also I've been married to Mark since July 2004, have an almost 4 and 1 year old daughter and I work as an Allergy nurse (LPN)
