Hi, my name is Vikki. I am 39 years old and a mother of two, 18 and 15. I have been on the weight watchers yo-yo for about 15 years. I once got down to 142(14 years ago). I am tired of the yo-yo dieting and would love to get healthy and lose this extra weight for good. I am setting a goal to reach my goal weight and try to maintain it by not allowing myself to gain more than five pounds (once I reach goal) without getting my eating back under control. I want this to be IT!!
