I am probably very similar to everyone else. I gained alot of weight with preganancy and the complacency of marriage. I got a divorce, got back in shape, and really was doing well. Then I got back into a relationship, started making excuses to not go to the gym, and just kind of gave up. My boyfriend loves me the was I am! Slowly the pounds just started creeping back on. Before I knew it, I'm heavier than I was when I was 9 months pregnant!! Now it has really hit me- we are discussing adding to our family & I need to get healthy! I know I can do it-NO MORE EXCUSES!! I have a solid fitness program in place & my boyfriend understands now that I need him to push me a little, in a supportive way. I will also switch from going to the gym in the evenings to going in the morning...that way, after a long day at work, I don't need to make excuses! I really look forward to this being a healthy and happy year!
