Well, here I am bearing down on 80 years of age. I'm very active! I do Zumba, Tai Chi, pool exercises, and weight lifting. Nevertheless, I simply cannot manage to lose weight although I THINK I'm having only about 1200 calories a day. Maybe I'm going way over and have not (yet) realized it. I suspect the wine may be having an outsized effect, and I'm limiting it to 3 days a week -- may cut down further. Anyway, I hope to find an app that is comprehensive, accurate and easy to use and that will truly keep me accountable. I'm also a member of Weight Watchers and simply cannot stand the new "Freestyle" program. It offends my sense of logic.
