I am a 25 yr old female.I started this weight loss journey because I wanted to be healthy. I tried different diets but they didn't stick. I had to learn that diets are not permanent. I slowly started changing my lifestyle by becoming more active and eating food that gives me energy.

I started at 205lbs in early July. That was before I joined FS. The more I became conscious of what I put in my body, the more I started feeling better and losing weight.


Here is a little peek into what I eat weekly:

Chicken- 2 or 3 times a week
Fish- 2 times a week
Shrimp, scallops, mussels- 2 times a week
A lot of vegetables and beans
Spring mix salad- 5 times a week
A lot of fruits
Dark chocolate almonds, cashews, etc- 5 times a week
Eggs- 2 times a week
A lot of water!!
