Self-confessed food addict, trying to find balance and health. Have successfully lost a lot of weight in the past but gained some back. I want to make permanent changes. My self-confidence is on the floor, and I tend to hide away. I want to re-discover that version of myself that was outgoing and full of confidence!
I also have an inner Vegan dying to come out, though I currently still eat meat and other animal products.
For the first time, I plan to work toward my goal weight of 60kg, and stay there, by making lifestyle choices that stick!
