My names Josh.
We all desire to be lighter, fitter and healthier. Can't we have it all?
I've exercised most of my life believing this was the only way to shed weight. Not only that, I experimented with crash diets only for the weight to return once I started eating normal again! I'm starting to understand and educate myself the importance of a good diet and nutritious foods. This app is certainly making me feel more accountable for what I eat, and by keeping track it really helps.
I'm hoping to reduce some unwanted lbs and be the best version of myself :)
