My name is Nena and I am 41 years old. After a Cancer battle left me over 350lbs I decided to get my life back. I've been fighting this battle for over a year and a half now and have lost over 150lbs. I love LCHF because it allows me to regain control of my body through simple chemistry. I am a nurse administrator and have 4 children ranging from 26 to 6. I am happily married to my best friend who is active duty USAF. As I approach 200lbs my body is fighting me back and I've just this week joined a gym to add new fitness goals. I'm here to gather as much support, knowledge and lessons as I can.
