I am 36 years old from Dallas, TX. This is the first diet I have every attempted. I am an ex athlete and military man that has beat his body to the point that exercise alone is to hard with the extra weight. I work long hours starting my day between 3:30 and 4:30 am everyday and ending work between 6:30 and 8 pm. I typically go to bed by 10. My activity level at work is low mainly computer work. My diet consisted of eating something through the drive through when I had time. When I went through the drive through I typically bought a chicken sandwich only, no fries or soft drink.
