I'm a 19yr old female who has been living in Australia now for 3 months :)
Before I moved here I vowed that I would change my eating habits and start excersing....that so far has not happened!
A few months before I moved to this beautiful country I lost almost 5kgs...not much but I was on my way to becoming a more healthier, happier person. Then alot of things started to go wrong in my life and I gave up on myself gaining the weight I lost and then some.
My time is NOW! I need to do this and I will do this!
