I am a girl on a mission to learn how to live a healthier life style. My goal isn't just to lose weight my goal is to learn how to treat my body the right way so I can live a long healthy life. I was thin most of life, I never had an issue with weight the most I ever weighed was 130. Even though my issues were not with weight looking back my issues have always been bad eating habits, that I wish I would've learned back then before gaining weight. I have an office job well I have had office jobs for quite some time so this has also affected my weight. I am a happy girl but my self esteem has suffered over this so now instead of complaining about my weight I have decided that I will do what it takes to become fit.
