to make matters worse, I broke 3 ribs and tore my abs last year. The ensuing lethargy and snacking created a hard to break habit.
I currently weigh around 265, my life's max weight. I have to do this not only for my health, but more importantly for my son, I don't want him to struggle with weight gain/loss as I have for most of my life.
