I'm a menopausal momma in my late 50's ready to kick butt on these sneaky pounds that have just shown up over the past year. I'm gonna get rid of them before they start multiplying... but they don't just disappear over night like they did when I was 25. I know that it is mostly about what I put in my mouth, and some about getting up and moving. It is so much easier to manage what you eat when you are tracking everything.
I've adopted a LCHF/keto lifestyle and am currently loving 18:6 IF also. But I am not a fanatic about it. I still 'do life' ...but I have my priorities in check and I make eating decisions based on those priorities. I am not on a diet... I have discovered a new way of living.
