I am 62, 6' 3" tall. I'm married, and have twin Grand Daughters and 2 other Grand Children. I own a business and don't get much exercise. I joined Fatsecret for support. I have diabetes and need to lose weight. I didn't struggle with weight issues until I was about 50. Then I started to pack on the pounds. Mostly in the belly. I would love to lose that belly. This is a great website for support and for the recipes. Especially since I need to watch my carb intake.
