62 year old American. Retired Systems designer. Live mostly in Germany where I study German and program, but we spend a couple of months a year, winter, in Florida. Somewhere along the way I picked up some bad habits, and went from my usual 170 up to 205 back in July. So it was time to get it back under control via the diet and exercise route. Dropped 10 lbs and when I found this site, decided to use it to help with the next 15 lbs and get back down to at least 180.
Update: (10/24/14) Changed goal weight to 176 ..
