I started eating a Keto Diet just after my 55th birthday in 2018. After five days, I was:

1. no longer nauseous while eating meals
2. no longer starving between meals
3. not experiencing heartburn every night when I go to bed

I even started loosing some weight, but even if I never loose another ounce of weight, I feel better and i'm sticking with this.
