I had a severe back injury on 14 July 2013, which has changed my life in all realms. I have started a new eating lifestyle changes and I've excluded sugar and white flour from my diet! I am working with BeyondFit Mom to get my eating and exercise in order. I have lost 22 pounds in 8 weeks. I can't exercise much bc of my injury, but my physical therapy has helped and walking daily. I played basketball from the age of 3 through college, I practiced nearly every day of my life, even when I was playing others sports such as soccer. I lost my one true love bc i'm not allowed to play contact sports due to my 15 concussions. But, I did have a stressful job in EMS, but I have to make a career change now. I want to be healthy no matter what job I do.
