I am a 31 year old Australian scientist living in the USA. When I moved here in Feb 2013, I weighed 245 lbs. Today I tip the scale at 175 lbs. No gimmicks or crap, I just worked hard for 12 months and kept it going!
Today I am a competitive powerlifter, and love learning about nutrition, strength training methods and working out new recipes and ways to meet my macronutrients.
My goals right now are geared towards recomposition - I am cutting down to 170 lbs, then gaining muscle back up to 181 lbs for the USPA National Powerlifting Meet in July.
