Working mother of grown kids, menopause and a few life changes have caused weight gain to be a problem. 30 pounds gained in 11 months. I wish to get rid of them and stop this nonsense. Finding time to exercise is difficult, as my job sucks the life out of me and after work I am currently pretty useless. Before work isn't working due to some scheduling difficulties, but I am determined to find the time and energy to get fit again. I'm planning on getting married in about a year, and I'd really love to rock that dress. I also love softball and paintball, and both of those are hard to do when my weight goes over 127. That is the magic number for joint pain with running. I need to get back on it so those things can be fun again!
