I am 73 years old and looking to lose 75 pounds. Have been 50+ pounds overweight for decades. But with recent health problems and lack of mobility, I became even more obese. I have been semi-mobile (walker, cane, etc.) for the last two+ years. I had sciatica issues followed by a back operation, lymphedema in my legs, and a hip replacement (in January) due to arthritis. My cardio is shot from the lack of activity. Losing my excess weight and restoring my cardio fitness are my immediate concerns. Would like to get in the second-best shape of my life. (Best shape since my college wrestling days. I'll never sniff that.)
