I am 24 years old. In high school I was very athletic & active I had a perfect weight in my opinion. In the years following I gained excessively and I have become unhappy with my health. I'm here to get support and track my progress. I started about 2 months ago but I didn't keep up. I recently joined a gym with my boyfriend and am really motivated to keep track and work hard. Exercising is my strong point but delicious food & Dr.Pepper are my weakness, I am hoping to lose weight while trying to keep SOME of the good food in my life.
