Hello everyone in FS land. Wow, one week in and it's been a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I am a big cookie junkie, that and bread. And for this whole week going without both...... I survived and I'm proud of myself. Eventually I will allow myself to enjoy good bread at a restaurant, or even a cookie for desert, but for now the process is to eliminate carbs as much as possible. I am sticking to 50-60g of carbs per day. I know there are carbs and net carbs, but I am looking at total carbs. So far I am "surviving", and I am glad to have a great support system. This weekend will be difficult. Another birthday party. But one day won't kill me as long as I get right back on track. I will also make the conscious effort to not overload on the carbs.
